CORWINE STREET By FOLD AND FORM
Fold and Form is currently working on transforming an abandoned warehouse on Corwine Street in Over-the-Rhine into a LEED Platinum residence. Check out some of the construction photos below.
Interior First Floor - The front of the residence will feature a large garage with a floor-to-ceiling glass wall that looks into the main living space.
Exterior Second Floor - The second floor is a new addition, featuring a saw tooth roof with clerestory windows (a reference to some of the historic industrial buildings of Cincinnati.) The use of the saw tooth roof was two fold: to allow maximum privacy without sacrificing light and to meet historic building guidelines.
Interior Second Floor - Clerestory windows allow natural light to flood into the space.
